Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and returns. Please read it carefully.
Eligibility and Time Frame
- General Return Window: You have 30 days from the purchase date to qualify for a return. If it’s been more than 30 days, we cannot provide a full refund or exchange.
- Home Delivery: If you received your item through home delivery, your 30-day return period begins from the date you received your parcel.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging.
Home Delivery
If your home address is entered incorrectly or incompletely, resulting in a failed delivery by our logistics partner, your parcel will be returned to the school bookshop. You may collect your parcel from the school bookshop.
Should you wish to arrange a re-delivery, an additional home delivery fee will apply.
For home addresses in Sentosa island, an additional fee of $20 applies for home delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Books that have been written on / obvious signs of usage
- Uniform, PE attire, shoes or socks that have been worn.
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, beverages)
- Intimate or sanitary goods.
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products.
- Some health and personal care items.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
How to return your item
To initiate your return, please provide proof of purchase, which differs based on your buying method:
- For walk-in purchases: Present your receipt and school booklist.
- For online orders: Include your invoice or specify your Order Number.
Return your item directly to your school bookshop. If you purchased items online, kindly return them to your school bookshop at your convenience.
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will email you to confirm its receipt and inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7-14 days, primarily subject to your bank’s processing time.
Please avoid returning your purchase to the manufacturer directly.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company.
- Contact your bank.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact your school bookshop, and send your item to your school bookshop.
