When selecting the Delivery Window for home delivery, please note that the standard delivery window is approximately 2 weeks. If you have specific travel plans or any days when you won’t be available to receive the parcel, you have options to manage this:
- If your parcel is scheduled for delivery via SingPost, you’ll receive an SMS notification when it’s ready for delivery. In such cases, you can reschedule the delivery to a more convenient time.
- If our in-house drivers are handling the delivery, please reach out to us, and we will try our best to accommodate your needs and adjust the delivery accordingly.
